Srinagar, Sep 22 (KNO): The Jammu and Kashmir government on Sunday ordered the transfer and posting of Harmeet Singh Mehta as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bandipora. As per an order, a copy of which lies with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), "In the interest of administration and pursuant to the approval conveyed by the Election Commission of India vide above referred letter, Shri Harmeet Singh Mehta (JKPS:2001), SSP Railways, Kashmir is hereby transferred and posted as Senior Superintendent of Police, Bandipora."—(KNO)
